I worked with a local Masseuse client in the process of building a a communication strategy for his independent practice. Using my approach, we were able to clearly define brand aesthetic and voice, establish key business and marketing objectives, strategically select mediums for communication, and target potential customers with curated content. The result of 6 months of consultation work was the creation of a website and social media presence, the initiation of a video content strategy, and a substantial increase in customer inquiries. Traffic to the site doubled.
